踏入酒店庭院，青瓦飛檐，曲徑通幽，恍若步入水墨江南。房間內，沙發桌子都是木質的散發著悠悠古韻。
服務也比較出色！從進門時的熱情問候，到退房時的細緻叮囑，每個環節都恰到好處。房間的燈光、温度都能智能調控，配套設施一應俱全，絕對是我心中的住宿首選。

1、水杯很臟，雖然不會用，但能反映酒店的衞生標準。
2、洗澡水需要提前15分鐘防水才會熱。
3、設備陳舊，馬桶沖不乾淨。
4、我們是前一天晚上七八點入住，晚上注意比較晚，第二天協商兩點退房，電話裏服務員態度和言語都很粗魯，體驗很差。
5、整體來説這次入住對於2300多一晚的價格，沒有享受的體驗感可言。

竹風堂庭院温泉酒店位置很好，毗鄰袁家村景區。酒店的衞生真的是很不好，下水道反味很重，地面枱麪都很一般，但是並非保潔阿姨的問題，而是長期沒有太保養的緣故。
酒店前台和服務人員看人兒，有的服務很好，有的很差，你能夠很明顯的感覺到她不想上班兒，尤其前台辦理入住的女生，一直在玩手機摸魚，冬天天冷，她在室內一直也沒多少事情，但是滿臉都是不耐煩，她賺錢要比那些保潔阿姨容易許多，不過也分人兒，餐廳的大姐還挺好的。
這個酒店整體就是挺缺乏管理，缺乏約束的。基礎硬件還可以，也是那種庭院式的，帶私湯的。但是整體的運營管理和維護都挺差的。
