Hotel Star Lipno

So beware, don't really look for all 4 stars in this hotel. We rented apartment no. room 102 for 3 days. Let's start with the positive, bedding, towels and beds are clean and the bathroom is clean. That's where all good things end. Stains on the carpet. Not vacuumed in the room or under the beds, let alone before the entrance to the porch where there is a stone carpet, not even before our first entry into the room! For another buzzing distribution box of electricity, the fan in the bathroom constantly running even after removing the card from the reader, only after opening and closing the door did the fuses trip and cut off the power. So if the fan isn't buzzing, your fuse box is buzzing. We continue on the porch, looking for a place where water from the roof does not flow, quite a struggle and for another damaged sitting porch. Unable to use the safe in the room no one changed the batteries. Breakfast everything tastes fine, but staff chaos. You are waiting for everything, why is there no cutlery? Let the management hire capable cleaners and someone to lead the kitchen staff. For me your services for which you want money you need to improve the hell this is 2 stars not 4 dear so here for the last time.

Room, hotel, view were all amazing. Staff was incredible. Spoke good English, and german with us and were unbelievably helpful. Would recommend to others and would stay again. View from balcony room was great

Nice hotel at the edge of Lipno with good parking place. Helpful receptionists. Some of the rooms overlooking the lake.
