When we checked in, it happened to be the annual Grain Rain Festival, and there was traffic control. The owner took the trouble to help us arrange a shuttle bus. My friend and I stayed here for one night and, whilst overall our stay was fine, I did feel some things were lacking. The room was large, with plenty of space, but the bathroom was tiny. The windows were entirely frosted which meant there was no view of the outside, which made the room feel rather claustrophobic. But BY FAR the biggest problem for me was the air conditioning. It was on constantly, at the lowest setting, but the room never cooled down throughout our stay. It wasn’t particularly hot at the end of August but with the lack of windows that opened, and high humidity, it made the room feel very stuffy and affected my sleep. The temperature of the room is an important factor for me and I wouldn’t stay here again without knowing beforehand that the AC was working as it should.

The location is in the alley next to the main street of Dong Village. The environment is consistent with the pictures. The boss provides pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station. Each person can save 40 yuan for round-trip tickets from the high-speed rail station to the gate of Dong Village and shuttle tickets. Free room upgrades are also provided in the off-season. There are many cute cats!

Great guesthouse in a calm place, close to the river. Cheaper rooms don‘t get a view, but it‘s great value for money! My friends got a family room with beautiful rice fields, river, mountain view for a very decent price. Breakfast even had toast. We stayed longer than planned and would stay again!

The lady at the front desk and the boss are very friendly and the sanitation is very clean. It is more spacious than the wooden house and has a bigger place. The experience of staying in a wooden house on the first day was terrible. I booked this hotel after seeing the room. It was really comfortable.

The front desk staff will answer all questions. Before checking in, they will introduce the approximate route of the village and the boarding point of the shuttle bus. I will choose this hotel next time. The hotels in the village are close to the mountains or built on the mountains, which I don't like very much.

Environment: Zhaoxing is now free of charge with ID cards from Guangdong Province. Take the high-speed rail to Congjiang Station, and there is a bus to Zhaoxing next to the bus. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the bus to the B&B. The B&B is in Xiaoxing. On the mountainside, the scenery is really first-class. Hygiene: It's very quiet. It's really comfortable to sleep. When I get up and open the curtains, I see the scenery of the village and feel that all my worries are thrown away. Facilities: The hot and cold water in the room is powerful, the hot water comes quickly, and the air conditioner is also very powerful. Service: Xiage recommended by the boss is well worth a visit.

Drinking tea here and overlooking the beautiful scenery of the Dong village is very pleasant. The hotel room facilities are complete, because it is a wooden building with sound and shaking when trampling on it, it is not a big problem if you are mentally prepared before this point, and it is very recommended overall.
