Located inside the Zhaoxing village. Facilities are good and room was cleaned daily. The toiletries are basic and I recommend you bring your own. There were free 2 bottles of water everyday but there is also a water dispenser at the reception. The guy at the reception picked me up from the village gate so it was easy and I did not have to search for the location. He gave me an introduction to the map of the village and showed me where interesting areas are located. The hotel is a short walk to town hospital which is convenient for covid testing and also the bus stop to go to Miao village and railway station. My room has a balcony that faces the lake, very nice view. The reception guy was very helpful, answers all my questions and also helped me purchase local snacks to take back to Shanghai. Not sure if he sleeps because he was always available! Breakfast is Chinese noodles with some purple taro, mantou and egg. It's the same everyday. I had a very relaxed and comfortable stay! The order was booked many days in advance and included pick-up from Congjiang High-speed Railway Station. The driver was enthusiastic and the girl at the front desk of the B&B was attentive. There was no elevator in the room and the girl helped to send the suitcase up to the fourth floor. The room was overall clean and the facilities were decent. It's old, the temperature is a bit muggy, and it's very comfortable with the air conditioner on. The location is located by the river behind the main street of the scenic spot. It is quiet in the bustle. It is convenient to wander around the village and there are many restaurants around.

Hermitage's communication service is really the best I have experienced over the years. Contact us as soon as you place an order, and note our number of people, catering taste and mode of transportation. Recommend to us to adjust the room type that suits us, recommend the itinerary to us, and even have a lot of travel suggestions that are not in Zhaoxing. They will also take the initiative to contact us the day before check-in. Now Dong Village no longer allows inns to provide private charter services, but living in Seclusion is really invincible. The high-speed rail station transportation bus can be sent directly to the entrance of the inn. You can drive to the entrance of the scenic spot and take a sightseeing bus. There is also a dedicated Seclusion station, which is 200 meters away. Ping Road can also go to the entrance of the inn. If you leave the inn and go to the gate of the scenic spot or the high-speed rail station, you can help to contact the transportation car to the gate of the inn. Every time we get on and off the bus, we can hear the envious voices of other inn guests, it’s really awesome. The scenery seen in the room is the highest scenery in the Dong village. It is really beautiful. You can pet cats and play chess in the lobby, which is also very pleasant. There are a lot of people on the main street during the summer vacation, and there are even queues for restaurants. It is also a kind of seclusion among the crowd for us to eat delicious sour soup while looking at the scenery downstairs in the Seclusion Restaurant.

The inn is not far from the scenic bus stop. Go up a small slope and cross a bridge and walk a little to reach the main street. There is a sofa at the front desk of the inn, which is very nice for taking pictures. The inns are all made of wooden boards, so the soundproofing requirements cannot be too high, but I didn't hear anything too noisy except for the chirping of insects the day I stayed. The stairs are also made of wooden boards and are extremely narrow, so be careful when carrying luggage. It was the rainy season when I went there, so the room would be relatively humid, which is understandable. The bathroom will be relatively small, but the hygiene is okay. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced us to the location, route and food of the village.

The hotel has a pick-up service, and the attitude is super good. I told the hotel in advance that a handsome guy would pick me up at the high-speed rail station. The hotel is right at the entrance of the village. You can see the whole picture of the village from the room. It is very convenient to go out and walk into the village. Hahaha, I was suddenly hungry when I returned to the hotel on the first night of my stay. The hotel guy also lent me a bicycle to buy food in the village. When I checked out, I left something at the hotel. I told the hotel front desk that I left something. I was on the high-speed rail at 11 o'clock, and the handsome guy sent me to the high-speed rail station at 10:30. This is a plus, super awesome! ! !

The May Day trip was a good experience. The service was very good. After booking, the hotel manager took the initiative to add me on WeChat and sent me a tour map, precautions, a Dong Village program, etc. After checking in, breakfast was given and a car was arranged to pick us up at the entrance of the Dong Village. After checking out at noon, we planned to continue the tour. The hotel could store our luggage and directly help deliver it to the agreed location in the village, which was very considerate and convenient. In terms of accommodation environment, the wooden house is quite special, clean and tidy overall, with terraced fields outside the window. The room is small, but I am still quite satisfied.

Great hotel, perfectly located in the front area of Zhaoxing village. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There’s even a coffee bar at the reception (which is rare in China) and something that I enjoyed a lot. The rooms are nice and clean, although not very spacious. But that was no issue for us. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would book there again when we come back for another trip!

The location is great, in the middle of the village. The hotel has a special battery car to pick up next to the village, which is a must-like. The hotel contacted us in advance on the day of check-in to tell us where to get off the highway, and sent us the activity schedule and tourist free ticket policy during the Spring Festival. This hotel should be a relatively high-end and large hotel in the Dong village. The fire station is right next to it, and it feels very safe. The hygiene and service are very good, and it is worth the money. I recommend everyone to stay.

Environment: Zhaoxing is now free of charge with ID cards from Guangdong Province. Take the high-speed rail to Congjiang Station, and there is a bus to Zhaoxing next to the bus. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the bus to the B&B. The B&B is in Xiaoxing. On the mountainside, the scenery is really first-class. Hygiene: It's very quiet. It's really comfortable to sleep. When I get up and open the curtains, I see the scenery of the village and feel that all my worries are thrown away. Facilities: The hot and cold water in the room is powerful, the hot water comes quickly, and the air conditioner is also very powerful. Service: Xiage recommended by the boss is well worth a visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would love come back! + really nice, open and warm hosts/staff: we felt very welcomed, had really sweet conversations, got great recommendations for activities and places to visit in and around zhaoxing, were picked up from the train station, were invited for tea and youcha and even got a room upgrade + clean, comfy and spacious rooms with great views and aircon + great location - right at the village entrance in a calm street close to all major attractions + easy and fast communication via wechat
