Large, modern holiday apartment, located in the middle of a beautiful country landscape, close to the services of Joensuu.
32 km to the southwest from Joensuu, pond Reilampi 200 m (0.711 km²), shallow clay bottom, shore, and boat. No access to swimming from the shore. There is a neighbor's boat on the shore, which he uses every day (does not pass through the cottage's yard).
Holiday apartment built in 2011. On the ground floor, there is a living room/kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary appliances. In addition to the fireplace on the living room side, there is a baking oven on the kitchen side. On the ground floor, there are also 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed (lower bed width is 120 cm). On the ground floor, there is also a laundry room, electric sauna, washroom, dressing room, and 2 separate WCs.
On the upper floor, there is a living area with TV that can be used for games and 2 spacious bedrooms. The first has 120 cm wide bed. The second bedroom has one bed and is furnished as a children's room with many toys. There is a separate WC on the upper floor as well.
The evening sun shines on the beachside terrace.
This cottage is not rented to youth groups under the age of 25. Exclusive, well-equipped, and decorated spacious holiday apartment. It is especially suitable for families with children, as there are plenty of toys, games, and books for children. The TV on the upper floor is reserved for gaming only, and there is a PlayStation 4 console with three games. For nostalgic music lovers, there is a vinyl record player. The apartment also has a fast 100 M fiber optic connection.
The large yard has plenty of room for children to play and move. There is also a swing and a playhouse.
It is possible to go to Joensuu by boat.
The snowmobile route runs on the ice of the lake near the holiday home.
