I originally was having a good experience with the exton location overall. we were never perfect but anything asked of us we obliged best we good. our original manager had to go out a few weeks and they brought in ANNISE HUMPHREY. in that short time. she made things very uncomfortable. a very unpleasant person. she made most people including employees feel degraded. one afternoon she called to tell me that we were being evicted and had to leave within 4 days after staying here approximately 17 months. most people know i am a tenant at that point and is illegal to do that. she claimed they did a room check while I was out that was completely impossible because I never left the room that day. the way I had the door locked could not have got in. soooo,I still packed up to leave. this is now 5pm. then out of the blue another person of authority says I could stay the night after we were within an hour of leaving. ANNISE HUMPHREY was not there, we already had a check in time an hour away because it was short notice but we decided to stay. after staying we could not BELIEVE IT when I found out our original manager was back! obviously the"fill in" wanted us to never know the original was back because we would have been gone. quite an experience I'd say. we lost time, gas labor, storage bin.etc. our original mngmt made it a well as she could but things should have never happened that way.

Nice little hotel but expensive for just one night. I arrived at 5:00 pm and was out by 9:00 the next morning. On the older side, but clean. The staff was very nice.

The reviews I read scared me. This hotel was very nice. Basically clean, quiet, no one loafing outside or in the halls. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. No bed bugs. Just a few teenie ants. Slept so sound with my pup beside me. No frills but I bring my own. No snacks or sodas. Just coffee etc. N the morning. Front desk clerks were very nice and polite. Overall a good 3 night stay.

Estaba cerrado, nadie que atendiera , la recepcionista dormida, luego se despertó tenía gripa fuerte y sin cubre bocas, más de una hora buscando la reservación, luego dijo que no estaba pagada, quise pagar otra vez y resultó que la verdad era que estaba sobrevendido el hotel y no había habitaciones, me tuve que ir a buscar otro hotel.

Good if you aren't picky
It was good. Budget friendly and a last minute booking for us so we weren't being picky. The room looked like it had been damaged and repaired a few times. A bunch of things (towel rods in the bathroom, kitchen cabinets, etc) were fixed with black drywall screws that seemed in stark contrast to the otherwise comfortable style of the rooms. The fixes were function over fashion. Nothing felt unsafe, but if you were expecting perfect paint matches and the windows not to have cobwebs you'd be disappointed. My son and I were completely okay with the room

Translation results
I do not recommend it, upon my arrival at 11 pm there was no one at the front desk of the hotel I waited for more than 30 minutes and no one showed up, I was able to enter the reception area a guest I opened the door as I was on the street in the cold waiting. At the same time I have not been refunded the reservation fee. Very bad attention.
