The hotel was really clean. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Only downside was not having a microwave in the room. I will return.

A perfect stay! I was unfamiliar with this brand so I was a little reticent in booking at Spark by Hilton. I also had the option of staying at Hampton Inn, Residence Inn, and Fairfield within spitting distance. The low price and super reviews by others were the biggest draws. I took the plunge and stayed there for one night. Based on a positive experience, I would return without hesitation. It is brand-new, bright, and airy. It is a minimalist hotel with functional furniture. Everything can be wiped down so the entire place sparkles. The bedroom was huge with two queen-sized beds. It, too, was bright clean, and airy. Breakfast was a bagel bar. There were bagels, assorted toppings, muffins, and yogurt. Coffee, tea, and juice. It was more than sufficient because I do not like to travel with a heavy stomach which makes me groggy. The staff was nice. Clean, lovely, and great value. No complaints!

We stayed here with my family. Got 2 rooms that connected and we were very happy. Nice big TVs that you can control from your phone. Everything was super clean and we got early check in. Wished they had a pool but for the price I am not complaining.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They over charged me, couldn't figure out how to correct it, the staff was very rude, and they did not honor the room confirmation that I had. I am still trying to correct the extra charges to my account. The staff here doesn't call back to resolve the matter. I highly recommend staying anywhere else than here. It is a headache that isn't needed.

We had a pleasant stay with Hammock Inn.Yes the room is outdated , yes there is no breakfast but you get what you paid for! We arrived late and we only need a goodnight sleep . It was more than enough for us for the the price we paid for the room. The room was clean had a clean bathroom with fresh towels and hot water , beds with spotless sheets and pillows . Yes the carpet was screaming for a replacement but it did not bother us at all. The beds was SURPRISINGLY the most comfortable beds I had ever used in the hotels (We stayed at Hilton night before for a double price and their beds were not even close to the Hammock inn beds ). The TV did not work in the room but I am sure that if we would ask a nice front desk young lady she would definitely changed our room. We just did not plan to use TV , all we needed is goodnight sleep. Now about the Gem of this Hotel . Front desk representative, Kathy ! One of the most professional and polite person I had ever experienced . Very helpful , nice worker with smile on her face and very kind tone of her voice . Definitely deserves a promotion! Bottom line : If you looking for an amenities like pool, breakfast , modern room and facilities this place is not for you , go to the 180$+ per night hotels and have all this. But if you tide on budget and just need goodnight sleep -this one is Perfect ! Overall it was a decent stay ! Thank you Kathy for a great costumer service !

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at!! The room smelled like urine and was filthy, from the bed sheets to the floor to the furniture. When I went down to complain about the condition of the room, the only employee working told me that there was nothing she could do - there was no one available to clean, get me new sheets, or refund me because the manager only comes in when there is a true emergency, such as a flood or fire. I can't believe that the management is not available to deal with issues during a long weekend (Memorial Day).

We stayed for 2 weeks. The room was nice, bed was super comfortable. The showers were hot and had amazing water pressure! The room was super clean, and house keeping maintained that throughout our stay. The staff were awesome! Extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful! Jackie, Nicole and Mary definitely went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience. We were greeted everytime they saw us. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Dear Sir/Madam: I am writing you to inform you of our profound displeasure of our experience at this hotel for the nights of 06-24-2022 and 06-25-2022. First, the staff at this hotel was very pleasant and accommodating to my wife and to me. I was a business traveler for 45+ years and have stayed in many different hotels all over the world. The stay as this hotel is, without a doubt, my worst experience ever. My comments are as follows: The advertisement for this property on the Internet and your website is totally false. Unlike as advertised there was no: a. Free breakfast served in the morning b. Coffee or infused water c. There was only one working ice maker in the entire building d. There were no vending machines or drinks / snacks in the hotel. The snack room was completely empty. e. The indoor pool was closed down. f. The exercise facilities were closed down. While I understand that we are coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have stayed at hotels during the entire pandemic that have still offered all the amenities that your hotel failed to provide as advertised. The worst part of stay was when we went to bed the first night around 11:30 P.M. and pulled back the covers. There were stains all over the fitted sheet and the top sheet. The stains were what appeared to be make-up, food, and yes, even blood stains! I went down to the lobby, but could not find anyone. So, my wife and I put a blanket on top of the bed comforter and slept of top that night. In the morning I checked all the stains to see if they could be removed by water and soap as well as for blood with hydrogen peroxide. Water and soap removed some of the stains that is indicative that the sheets had not been changed prior to our arrival. Yes, some of the stains foamed when hydrogen peroxide was applied that is a clear indicator of blood! As an FYI, I am a retired chemist / biologist / environmental engineer. The next morning, I let the front desk know what happened and politely asked to have the sheets changed while we were out of the hotel that day. They did do as we requested. Refer to the attached photos of what the original sheets looked like. I would have to send the video that I took of the foaming hydrogen peroxide under a different format as it is too large to attach to this E-mail. As a note, the room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom had a strong odor indicative of a pesticide. We killed three bugs in our room during our stay. The toilet seat was also broken. In closing, this is the first time that I have ever written to complain about a hotel in more than 1,000+ stays over my professional career. I have not posted a review of this property on the Internet yet, but am considering doing so. At the very least, you should correct your advertising and ensure that new guests have clean and healthy room conditions (e.g. change the sheets for new arrivals). PS: we never got a response to this!

For the price, the Hammock Inn is arguably the best bang for your buck hotel in the area. The staff is very friendly and more than happy to help with any need. The rooms may be slightly dated, but they are cleaned daily and always smell/look/feel fresh. The hotel may not have breakfast but the hotel is more than close to plenty sit down/take out restaurants. I’ve been staying at the Hammock Inn for a few months now as a student of Universal Technical Institute of Exton and wouldn’t recommend any other place to stay than here. Every time I’ve stayed, the staff has always been friendly and made sure my stay was what I expect. I have tried other hotels around here that are at a similar price point but I can honestly say none of the others do it as well as the Hammock Inn does. I would stay at the Hammock Inn over any of the other comparably priced hotels in the area. They care about they guests, aren’t charging an arm and a leg for a stay, and truly care about their hotel far more than their competitors.
