每套別墅都有一個主題，有麻將房和唱歌房等…和朋友都喜歡唱歌我們選擇了唱歌主題房…期待着晚上的唱歌🎤嗨皮，訂了兩個晚上…最開始來的管家對我們服務很好，環境也還可以。但設施真的讓我們大失所望…
1.準備自己做飯，結果廚房的火是壞的，修了好幾次才修好，晚上10點多才開始做飯，吃完飯就凌晨了…
2.我們去樓上唱歌🎤準備開始夜生活嗨皮，結果唱歌設施也是壞的。吃飯晚無所謂但是我們就是衝著主題唱歌來的，結果修了半天也沒修好。第一天晚上即着急😣又失望的去休息了。第二天工作人員來修的設備。
3. 退房時服務態度也很失望。房費我們花了5000多，本覺得會有好的體驗，但設施體驗讓我們大失所望。覺得廚房火是壞的耽誤我們吃飯時間，主題唱歌又是壞的，難道不該給我們一個合理的説法嗎？退房時我們提了提這些問題，管家的回覆説送我們幾瓶水解決這個問題…

酒店🏨設施齊全，有獨立的廚房還提供免費的油鹽醬醋，很不錯👍。酒店環境非常優美，獨立的大別墅🏠適合幾家人一起過來玩。訂酒店還包含了萬泉湖景區的門票🎫很不錯👍

環境很安靜，獨門獨院，特別適合一家人出遊居住。而且山上夜景很美，看完夜景直接回酒店也不遠，管家特別用心的交待各項事宜。萬泉湖的風景也很美，整體體驗很舒服，下次來了還會選擇住在這裏。
