Albergo in posizione buona per visitare il centro di Linz ma purtroppo non ha altre cose positive. Cattivo odore sia nella hall che nella camera, colazione veramente scadente con poche cose di cattiva qualità soprattutto per quanto riguarda i prodotti dolci. Per fortuna la stanza ed il bagno erano puliti ed il personale gentile. È un'albergo a 4 stelle ma non ne merita nemmeno 2

Abbiamo usufruito di questo hotel come tappa, prima di proseguire il viaggio. In teoria categoria 4 stelle, in pratica un 3 e neanche dei migliori. Avevamo una camera al primo piano, piccola, pulizia non al massimo con un po’ di capelli sparsi in bagno. Un unico ascensore , oppure scale per salire ai piani superiori. La sera abbiamo cenato con una zuppa , un secondo con carne e patate e il dolce direi tutto buono. Colazione invece scarna: non era presente nulla di dolce , dai classici cornetti alle torte o krapfen nulla. Un po’ di salato, qualche panino , marmellate, una macchina per le bevande classiche e poco altro. Magari per più notti cercherei altrove…

Sehr gutes und ruhiges Hotel. Schönes Zimmer mit Klima, Zimmer auch teilweise mit Balkon, Lift vorhanden, TV im Zimmer könnte etwas größer sein. Frühstück gut, reichlich Auswahl.. Eigene Parkgarage (9 EUR) pro Tag

Die Sauberkeit besonders im Bad ließ zu wünschen übrig! Das angeblich im ganzen Haus verfügbare WLAN funktionierte nicht. Die auf der Internetseite beworbene Minibar, war zum einen leer, zum anderen funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht. Das Frühstücksbüffet entsprach ebenfalls nicht einem 4-Sterne Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren mit Ausnahme der Hotelleitung sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll. Die Hotelchefin selbst ist nicht in der Lage mit Beschwerden bzw. Kritik professionell umzugehen. Der Umgangston dieser Dame ist unterste Schublade! Das Angebot, wir könnten gerne ins Zimmer gehen und ihr dort die schmutzigen Bereiche zeigen und gemeinsam das nicht funktionierende Internet testen, wurde rüde abgelehnt mit der Bemerkung: „Wenn sie nicht in der Lage sind sich einzuloggen, kann ich nichts dafür, gehen sie mir nicht auf die Nerven, ich bin nur für die Rezeption verantwortlich!“ Auf meinen Hinweis, das ich für diesen Aufenthalt eine Bewertung schreiben werde, kam ein patziges:" Das können sie machen wie sie wollen!" Sorry, aber so behandelt man keine Gäste. Von den auf der Webseite beschriebenen und beworbenen Annehmlichkeiten und Visionen (siehe unten) war von Seiten der Hotelleitung weder etwas zu bemerken, noch gab es dazu entsprechende Informationen! Worst hotel ever. I am usually modarate and tolerent but i can simpy not let that one pass. We booked this hotel in the afternoon and had a lot of traffic on the way. So we called the hotel to anounce our late arrival (after opening hours). A lady answered us, informing that someone would be in the hotel the entire night. We then arrived at 2 am, very tired, hungry and cold, but no one was in the loby. We then tried to call all the numbers we could find and after 20 min a lady answeres in a really agressive voice. I tried to tell her that we booked and called earlier and that they where expecting us. She immediately and firmly denied having any booking with our name (even though her colleague did confirm it to us earlier). When i tried to tell her that her colleague confirmed that someone would be there all night, she cut me to say that no one ever said that. At last she screamed at us to leave her in peace and finally threatened to call the police. This is how we ended up sleeping in the street. I am at a loss for words to discribe this king of unprofessional behaviour and lack of human decency and empathy.

The location of the hotel was really good for a short visit to Linz. Very close to the Südbahnhof market, with many delicacies to taste and about 10 minutes by foot from the Linz shopping street. The renovated suite, living room, bedroom with walk-in closet with safe and a very spacious bathroom, great: the toilet is separate. Unfortunately, there was no walk-in shower, only a bath-not suitable for those with a physical disability. There were also some hooks to hang up the bath towels. These two rooms were very spacious and the bedroom even had blackout curtains and a balcony with seating. A spiral staircase led into the garden to the secure car park, €7.00/day. The staff at the front desk, at the breakfast service was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back for sure!
