入住體驗十分滿意，乾淨衞生，設施完備，房間寬敞，家庭房衞生間、淋浴間、衣帽間都是獨立設定，服務枱的小姐姐不僅人美服務態度也好，因為第二天需要跑馬拉松早起，酒店貼心的晚上給送來麪包、牛奶、雞蛋，以備起早補充營養，賽後又給延時了離店時間，以便我們完賽後得以充分休息，可以説這次住宿的體驗感非常完美。

一次讓人想“二刷”的五星住宿，細節全滿分！從進門到退房，全程被“用心”打動。前台辦理入住超高效，房間乾淨得沒死角，床品軟硬度剛好，連枕頭都有“軟/硬”可選，一夜睡到自然醒。最驚喜的是服務細節：早上打電話想要瓶礦泉水，幾分鐘就送到，還順帶補了洗漱用品；退房時發現落下了充電器，工作人員立刻幫忙收好並聯系快遞，完全沒讓我多跑一趟，下次來這座城市，這家酒店絕對是首選，已經安利給同行的朋友了！

服務更是全程貼心到骨子裡，前台工作人員笑容滿面，辦理入住高效利落，還主動升級了高樓層的向陽房，送上新鮮的歡迎水果。後來想換個軟枕頭，打電話後幾分鐘就送到，客房阿姨打掃時也會細心整理好散落的衣物，每個員工的專業和熱情都讓人倍感温暖，房間的體驗感同樣滿分，空間寬敞明亮
