Very practical and well designed, didn’t have any issues. Room was very clean, large and with nice design. Hotel amenities and all products were well thought and useful. Shower could be a bit better, but it was fine.

Really beautiful and new hotel. A lot of things are really nice over here. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff, great breakfast and cosy modern hotel rooms. But a lot could also be better. A couple of things in the room were broken, such as one of the bedlights, and a table and chair were damaged. A real pitty for such a new hotel. The room could also be a bit cleaner. Upon arrival the floor was sticky and there were stains in one of the pillowcases, and on the chair and table. The biggest problem for us was the room temperature, 25 degrees. We assumed that every hotel in China would have aircon. But that wasn't the case, I probably should have paid more attention when I booked the room.

Really nice hotel. The reception staff are polite, helpful and well turned out. The lobby has a sense of calm through well chosen music. The hotel is new and well cared for.

Great hotel. The room was really clean and the laundry room was very convenient. Be aware that in order to connect to the WiFi you have to have a Chinese phone number, because the option to connect through the room number don’t work.

As a frequent business traveler, this is the first time I've stayed in such a bad hotel. All Seasons is a chain hotel, and I'm only describing my experience based on my personal experience. When I first arrived at the hotel, the waiter was not familiar with the business. When I arrived at the room, only the shower head could be used. The handheld shower head could not be used because the switching head was broken. I had to wash my hair... The room was too stuffy and the humidifier provided could not be used. Bad, called the front desk but no one handled it for me, wanted to watch TV. Since the TV is missing from the remote control, and I wanted to have some tea, but there was no tea. As a hotel, do they need some training on the service? Do they also need to check the hotel facilities? They don't just clean up the room and wait for the next guest. I am the next guest.
