從入住到退房 每個工作人員都非常熱情有禮貌，而且服務真的特別好 在發現我們帶了小孩後立馬就給我們送了小童牙刷和小玩偶，晚上還貼心的送了水果宵夜。希望下次再來

帶着長者孩子出行，選酒店時格外謹慎，這家真沒讓我失望。辦理入住時，工作人員看到長者行動不便，馬上找來輪椅推長者到房間，還細心調整了房間温度和燈光亮度。晚上孩子突然想吃零食，打電話到前台，不一會兒工作人員就送來了。在陌生的城市，這家酒店給了我們滿滿的安全感和感動，必須好評！

服務一般，就早餐的時候工作人員比較禮貌。房間大但是空，床小，説是2米的床，175躺上去腳就到邊了。景觀房外面是農田，田園景觀了説是。浴室和廁所很小，房型設計的很失敗，浴室洗澡水忽冷忽熱。而外的礦泉水要錢，比不上隔壁維也納國際一根。房間送水果進去沒人打電話告知，就直接放進去了，這誰敢吃。
