Very happy with our 2 night stay.
Very accommodating re. breakfast timings so I got to do Parkrun and still get breakfast!
Peaceful and within easy reach of York, we just parked up at the Park and Ride.

Lovely apartment in the country. We felt very at home here and were able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and nice fridge to store food. Nice get away stay.

Amazing!
What an absolute fantastic stay. Really lovely owners, who helped us at a moments notice! The appartment was excelent and perfect size fornour family of 5.

We stayed in the self-catering apartment. It was clean, spacious, and a pleasant space. Two big bedrooms, kitchen with dining table, big shower room and toilet and a nice living room. Lovely quite location, not far out of York. We were made very welcome. Will be staying again in the future.

The facilities were excellent and the standards of cleanliness and presentation were beyond reproach. I would not hesitate to return there on my next visit to the area.

Owners of the property make you feel very comfortable and at ease. We stayed in the self-catering apartment but had an amazing breakfast each day.
You can come and go without worrying about disturbing anyone. Very clean and comfortable accommodation of high standard. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic! Bed was great. Exceptionally clean home, wonderful hosts. Perfect location. The village itself is beautiful and well worth visiting. So convenient to the ancient city of York as well. 2nd stay there. Will definitely return.

Stayed for two nights in the two bedroom apartment, while visiting York & the Christmas market. One twin room that I used & one double that my son & daughter in law used. Nice apartment, kitchen area, sitting room & bathroom. Lovely location would definitely want to return in the summer months. Nice easy drive into York and breakfast was included which was lovely & plentiful. The owners Kevin & Janet are very hospitable & welcoming. Wonderful time. My only suggestion would be that the shower in the bathroom could do with updating. Lovely stay for pre Christmas trip.
