This was my third stay at Phoenix Inn Suites Albany. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the location is easy to get to from any direction, situated where I5 and Highway 20 cross. Even though it is next to the freeway it is surprisingly quiet too. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and their free breakfast a click or two higher than many places.

This place never disappoints. Always well clean rooms and well maintained. Pool and spa are wonderful and opens early. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is good and plentiful.

The night shift person was so nice on 8/24. We checked in just before midnight and I was hungry so she got me a bagel, cream cheese, and yogurt. It was so nice of her to go out of her way.

Went to see our young adult at OSU and they had an opening on parents' weekend. It put me 25 mins away from them and the convivence of the shops and mall in Albany. I will book again do to the kindness of the staff on night's.

I travel a lot & this Phoenix Inn experience was the best!! The night staff (Cyndi & Madysen) were so fun & helpful. They seemed ligititly interested in us & we felt like we were coming home.

Beds are terrible, Food behind dresser/tv stand, bathroom wasn't cleaned just a poor experience will not be coming back.
