The hotel is ready for a cosmetic overhaul and consequently looks a little tired’’
That said the food was very good but service from all members of staff was fantastc. They were all extremely polite considerate and extremely friendly

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome during our stay. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping and convenient for local places of interest. Would recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel was good, the room was smaller than expected, the beds were very comfortable, but the bathroom is very cramped. The bar/restaurant below is great. Best breakfast, good drinks, friendly staff.

Great location-not far from Edinburgh airport. Super cozy and clean. Convenient to bar and restaurant! Great staff!

Worst stay we have ever had. Loud music till 2am, black mould in the toilet, room not cleaned during our visit, towels not changed, bins not emptied. The room just looks tatty and neglected.only plus side is the location in the middle of town.

Went for a few drink in the beer garden since the sun was out. Beer garden was lovely. Very modern. Handy app you could order from to save you going into the bar every time to order drinks. Staff were very fast in making drinks. We ordered 4 cocktails and they were out in less than 5 minutes. Very tasty too. The MIXR app they offer is so good too. Earning points by drinking with friends. Great idea!!

Lovely room. Really friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. However above a club so little noisy on saturday night.
