週末房價也不便宜啊，服務能差到這種地步，打電話也不接，到了酒店看到前台明明沒事幹，就是不接電話，前台服務很冷漠，兩個人聊天完全不顧客人的感受，不知道這種是怎麼培訓上崗的，住過最差的服務酒店了，訂房的時候看到停車場免費，結果退房的時候給前台打電話也沒人接，還收了停車場的費用，介紹上還寫停車免費，這不是在欺騙消費者嗎，我沒有投訴到消費者協會已經很給你們面子了，如果是要收費的話就明確寫要收費，就不要寫免費，打着免費的幌子收費這不就是欺騙客户嗎，真是狠狠的避雷了，做不了服務行業就不要做，連基本的前台培訓都不到位，員工的失職需要我們來買單嗎？我沒有問你們索要停車費已經很好了，按理説這個錢需要你們賠償的，真的差的離譜，大家都不要來住！欺騙消費者！你們培訓怎麼做的，每天上班在上什麼？我的房費很便宜嗎？隔了好幾個月才評價，還是對這件事覺得很生氣！

酒店的地理位置很不錯，住宿的環境衞生等比同價的酒店好多了，服務態度規範，客房衞生也很乾凈的，下午茶時間坐在靠窗的位置，看着窗外的景色很是愜意，值得推薦噢友友們。

來臨海過十一長假，酒店非常貼心，出發前就聯繫我加好微信，發送車牌和停車上樓的指引，酒店服務也很好，地處市中心去哪裡都很方便，我們check- out的時候還會問我們入住體驗，給我們兩瓶礦泉水路上喝，我們iPad忘記帶走了，還會打電話來提醒，很不錯的選擇

一次不太好的體驗。首先，訂房的時候為了照顧小孩的想法，定了這個親子房。進去以後發現，房間的衞生條件堪憂，地毯沙發上都是肉眼可見的污漬。因為急着出去，準備晚上回來以後跟前台反應。晚上回來後，污漬在燈光下顯得更加明顯，忍不住叫來前台準備換房。經過溝通，前台也幫忙換了另外一個房間。但是新換的房間槽點也很多。衞生間區域是玻璃門，沒有格擋，洗澡上廁所一覽無餘，真的很不方便。房間裏面的計生用品也太多了，小孩看了會怎麼想？總之這次的體驗確實不好，房價因為假期也不便宜。希望以後可以改進吧

房間乾淨，設施也挺新的，前台小姐姐熱情周到，一大家子出行，停車方便，地理位置也非常好，去景點也很近！連住兩晚，非常好的住宿體驗！
