Atour Hotel Taizhou Linhai Toumen Port

I stayed at Atour Hotel Linhaitoumen Port, Taizhou on August 2. For the entire stay, I have the following questions: 1. Before checking in at the hotel, I originally expected the hotel to contact me in advance to understand and meet my specific needs for housing, such as whether I chose the head and tail room. However, in fact, there was no such communication link at the front desk, and the staff did not ask. The question of the number of breakfasts in the package was unclear and the business ability was not skilled, which made me feel a little surprised and dissatisfied. 2. During my stay, I expressed concern about the sanitation of the hotel's cleaning rooms. In particular, the used toothpaste left by the last customer was found in the wash box. This raised my question about the hotel disinfection work: did the hotel fully disinfect all the utensils when cleaning the room? Is it possible to cause cross-infection to the next guest? For the rooms that have been cleaned and ready to stay, what standards and procedures do the hotel have to ensure that they meet the hygiene requirements? How to check? What are the standards? 3. At around 12:30 am on August 3, I asked at the front desk of the hotel if I could buy disposable bath towels. At that time, a woman at the front desk replied that I needed to buy, but she was busy checking in for other customers. She did not explicitly say she would wait a while to process my request, which led to me having to leave the front desk. The whole waiting process lasted more than ten minutes and was not friendly for a tired and in urgent need of a bath. 4. Regarding the hotel's praise mechanism, I have noticed that there are staff who ask customers for praise. I understand that good word of mouth is crucial to hotel operations, but I wonder if this behavior constitutes mandatory or misleading for guests? I see staff having this phenomenon. In summary, I am very unhappy with my stay at Atour Hotel in Linhaitoumen Port, Taizhou. I hope the hotel can give me a reasonable answer to the above questions and properly handle this complaint. At the same time, I also hope that when choosing to stay at your hotel in the future, I can get better service and experience. Thank you. I have always had a good impression of Atour, and I booked it directly this time. I rushed to wash clothes as soon as I arrived at the store. They were clean, tidy and orderly. They were washed and folded and placed next to me for pick-up. I was very satisfied. After that, I went out for a walk and returned to the hotel. I happened to encounter the guest next door who was drunk and noisy. After calling to report it, they immediately helped us to coordinate a room change and upgraded the room type. I like the service!

Atour's basic configuration is still possible. What is puzzled is the weather below zero on the day. The lobby and late night canteen dining area are not air-conditioned. It is informed in advance that a car needs to reserve a charging parking space. After arriving, the front desk said that the shift has been handed over. It is not clear that the charging parking space is occupied by the oil car. The hotel doesn't care.

It happened that it started to rain as soon as we arrived in Hainan. I found a hotel online and called to inquire about the specific location. The girl who answered the phone was very patient and guided us along the route. She also asked us if we had brought an umbrella. , after hearing that we didn’t bring an umbrella, he immediately offered to pick us up, but I didn’t take it seriously. As soon as we arrived at the intersection, I saw a girl in blue clothes wandering in the rain. I rolled down the window and asked if she was waiting for us. , the little girl immediately enthusiastically guided us to the location of the parking lot. When we parked the car, she also helped us carry our luggage. I immediately felt warm in my heart. The kindness from strangers came to the hotel and served us two cups of brown sugar ginger tea. After learning more about it, I found out that the hotel is owned by Atour. I also learned about their membership mechanism with this girl, and immediately applied for an annual card. I added the girl on WeChat and the next day she kept explaining to us delicious food nearby. It’s fun and really considerate (the photos taken in Ziyang Ancient Street are attached, which makes me like this city even more)
