在湖邊附近 景區內 人很少，床單床沒換嗎？都是風油精的味道，房間太暗了，床太軟，沒有電梯，房間包含門票，來的時候有點晚也不需要門票了

周邊環境很美，房間也不錯，比較大，清潔人員及大部分服務人員也不錯，雖因本人失誤丟了房卡，也願意賠償，但是賠錢也應交給前台，，而不是將錢直接給服務人員，但是有位女性服務人員態度極差，就像老闆訓員工一樣把我教訓了一頓，唉，總之委屈之極，到前台投訴，又被一名女性前台説我有錯…再美的風景再靚的酒店如果服務態度差也難有回頭客

訂了兩間房，雖然在一樓，但看出去的景色也太好看啦，去酒店時比較晚了，不用門票就能直接進去了，工作人員的服務態度很好

在景區最裡麪，是張馨予同款住宿酒店，給升級了觀景大床房，視野是真的好，夜景也很美麗，世外桃源一般的地方，服務態度沒得説 超級棒
