前台服務極其差勁，專業能力差，服務態度差，整體感官差，名字叫戴炎炎。
電梯就一台，比較危險，前一天是有點卡但還能上去，第二天早上直接完全壞掉，走樓梯才能下來。

非常不錯，大廳環境好，客房房間乾淨，一開窗就是山空氣清新，可能酒店設施有點舊，但是衞生打掃的特別乾淨整潔。還有歡迎水果送了免費早餐，但是過於着急沒有去嘗試一下。

回京路上停留一晚選擇了這家酒店，距離高速口不遠，5 年以前也是同樣的原因入住過，總體來看作為三星級的酒店 ，十一黃金週不到200 元的價格感覺性價比還是很高的！ 尤其是早餐，品種非常多，餐廳的工作人員也非常熱情，早餐時間是7 點，因為趕路我們6:40 就下樓吃早餐了，服務人員加速把食材準備好，很贊！ 周邊吃飯的地方也不少！ 非常方便

服務很熱情周到，入住後服務員特意詢問是否需要增加被子。房間也很乾凈，睡了一晚上很解乏。早餐非常豐盛，選擇性很多。環境也很好。下次來凌源還選國際酒店。走的匆忙忘記拍圖片給大家展示了。
