酒店很東南亞風格 帶小朋友和媽媽們一起入住的 麪粉沙名不虛傳 兩歲的小朋友玩的很開心 管家服務也很貼心 基本上有求必應 快到媽媽五十歲生日了 臨時想給媽媽過個生日 管家Darryl 還幫忙安排了生日蛋糕 是一次很放鬆的體驗 下次還會入住的

Darryl是我們的管家，人還沒到問候先到了。對我們無微不至，有求必應，詳細介紹了酒店的環境、設施，房間的佈置、使用等，既有賓至如歸的感覺，更有家的感覺。孩子們離開的時候都戀戀不捨，還要再來。

本次陵水之旅完美結束，入住萊佛士是最正確的選擇，我的管家小姐姐Diana給我們提供了完美的服務，因為我們是長者孩子出門，孩子比較小，有幫我們安排了比較近且景色優美的房間，還貼心準備了小童洗漱用品和圍欄，期間有問必答，及時解決各種問題，讓我們很安心很放心。下次有機會還會選擇萊佛士。

酒店在清水灣，海灘非常乾淨，海水清澈，訂的海景房，由於是結婚紀念日出行給做了房間佈置 並給了最高樓層，景觀很棒，管家Diana全程安排接送機，主動詢問住宿需求，服務非常熱情。

設施： 設施非常好。房間也非常大。即使普通的房間也是，迷你吧和歡迎水果都準備的，非常用心。
衞生：衞生非常好，每天兩次，阿姨會打掃房間，補充迷你吧。
環境：環境非常好，一看就是頂奢酒店的配置。一分價錢一分貨，價格是貴的，但是酒店環境也是非常好的。
服務：服務非常貼心，尤其是我的管家Diana在入住之前就已經詢問了我們的特殊需求。diana每天都會問好，提醒，天氣出行，看需不需要幫我們預約活動等等。
但是清水灣據鳳凰機場較遠，建議租車出行。
