攜程預訂酒店大床房，可能是房費便宜了，在大堂等了十分鐘，被告知酒店大堂不提供服務，特價房必須去遠離大堂的洗浴服務枱辦理入住，妥妥的區別對待客户，住了十幾年酒店，第一次被當****，前往桑拿區前台，等了快半個小時辦不了入住，説是客房沒放房
