酒店位置很好，周圍風景也是一流的，夜晚漫天繁星，並且自帶一個很大的水池，酒店佈局從坡下到坡頂上一連串，房間非常多，帶着行李登記入住非常不便，路不僅長而且還是上坡路，全是樓梯，另外整個酒店的服務員就1個，包括入住登記，帶去客房，客房打掃都是這1個人，很多服務完全跟不上，最最最關鍵的是整個酒店都沒有空調，問了幾個人都説山裡晚上涼快，我也承認確實涼快，但是僅限於門窗全開的情況下才涼快，一旦關上門窗房間裏很熱，而且晚上全是蟲子，根本不敢開窗開門？開門後拉個紗上面都停了很多很多蟲子，該特別大，一不留神就往房間裏飛，把孩子嚇死了。

首先説優點：酒店硬件建的很漂亮。這家酒店也衹有這一個優點。酒店不足：1.酒店房間設計不合理，室外很涼爽，室內悶熱，空氣不對流。2.配套差。我們是下午到的酒店，酒店就開始停水，溝通後説一個小時來水，結果等到晚上九點半才來水。來水是黃色的（忘拍照了），放了很長很長時間，水變成了純白色（如照片），一直到第二天早上都是純白色，實在不敢用。3.服務差。酒店管理服務讓人感覺是草台班子，從來沒有見過服務這麼差的酒店。要一次性杯子，被告知沒有杯子。酒店的水太臟不能飲用和洗漱，給酒店要瓶裝水，被告知加瓶裝水需要收費。真是無語了，如果自來水可以用，誰願意那麼麻煩用瓶裝水。酒店在王莽嶺景區內，停車需要收費酒店也沒有提前告知，出停車場的時候必須收20元停車費，讓人體驗感極差。

優點：
1. 四合院風格的獨棟小院，每個小院設定了3-4間房，適合幾家人出行住一起。
2. 裝修比較新，房間面積比較大，廁所馬桶有智能馬桶蓋，床墊柔軟。
缺點：
1. 前台服務真爛。入住時和朋友的房間被分配到了不同小院，正好有客人電話前台諮詢想換房間，我們就提出讓前台跟這位客人溝通可以和我們換，但客服很不耐煩，回覆要我們自己去找客人溝通，事不關己高高掛起的態度！
2. 早餐服務真爛。早餐水平同漢庭酒店差不多，老麪饅頭、幾個小涼菜、小米粥、雞蛋，就這些也就罷了，我們四個人，走的時候還被服務員提醒説我們吃多了，還精準報出了我們的食用量（四個人吃了6個雞蛋，6個老麪饅頭，就問多麼？！）小米粥全是水，小米都不見幾顆，你們乾脆去數數小米的顆粒數再下鍋最好！
3. 住宿要自己交停車費。酒店就在王莽嶺景區售票處的園區裏，很偏，吃東西很不方便，可想而知來住的客人都是自駕來的，酒店沒有任何停車收費的告知，我們出門被收了20一晚的停車費，真是史無前例，後面的兄弟姐妹們，注意避坑！
總之，如果衹看中硬件，不介意軟件的可以選這家酒店。
