服務態度超級差，原因如下，其一：帶看房間的是一位大叔，沒有穿工作服，服務態度超級差，很不耐煩，沒有服務意識；其二：我們在前台辦理入住，小朋友在大廳好奇送貨機器人，推了一下，酒店不穿工作服的大叔兇巴巴地把小朋友訓半天，不是善意提醒小朋友
