前段時間我入住的時候老闆還在店店裡沒有什麼問題。現在6月份開始的工作人員態度很差，前台一個新來的小姐姐還有一個男的態度差的要命，我之前住別的酒店有被坑過按金，我入住前默默的問了是否能免押入住，那個男的語氣很沖説“不行”……你們能不能搞清楚一點？你們是服務行業OK？為顧客解決問題是你們應該做的，任何行業都要保持專業OK？
