Had to stay near airport because of missed United Airlines connection at Newark. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from EWR as the airport is unable to function due to continuing issues with air traffic control. Sketchy hotel. No coffee. No breakfast. Rooms like a hostel - completely devoid of character. No shampoo, and no shower gel. You can’t make this up. I’d actually score them zero if it was an option. Pay more, stay elsewhere and feel safer

It was a very good stay no issues. The room was very clean. However, the bed was super small and the towels were very thin. Overall no complaints.

It was supposed to be a non smoking room. Room was reeking with cigarette smoke. Asked for a changed of room which was refused.
You could hear all the surrounding noises from nearby rooms and outside traffic.
CC was supposed to be charge upon checkin and was charged in the morning several hours before checkin.
No cups or coffee maker etc.
Overall bad experience.
