The staff were so helpful! Our toddler dropped a glass in the room and the staff responded so quickly to help us get it vacuumed and cleaned up, and they were very gracious with us about the small accident. We were able to enjoy an amazing breakfast in the morning before hitting the road out of town. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

The staff at Hyatt Place, Lincoln, NE was outstanding. The front desk staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was better than average with different items every day.

Convenient location to shops and restaurants in Hay Market area, and we walked to UNL campus to explore on our own before our official visit the next day. Appreciated the UNL rate. Parking was extra but in a convenient ramp next door. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good.

Comfortable room -- mattress, pillows, linens. Clean room -- carpets, furniture, linens, bathroom, towels, tiles. Quiet room -- even though it turned out to be graduation weekend at the local state university only blocks away. MOST helpful was the young man at the front desk -- helped me correct a double reservation made by Hyatt, with advice on how to regain my hard-earned points from World of Hyatt credit card. I don't know his name but his knowledgeable help was invaluable!

Very Accommodating! The staff made sure our needs were met in getting the type of handicap accessible room we required. They were very sincere in apologizing for not having the correct room upon arrival and made our experience a great one!!
