I have read the reviews of this place multiple times and I have also stayed here more than 10 times. I have been in multiple rooms on every floor of this motel and I have really and I mean really tried to find blood stains in the room bedbugs hair in the sink or toilets that wouldn’t flush, or mini fridges that wouldn’t work. I tried to find something wrong would be dozen or so rooms. I have stayed in over the last year. I don’t know what I have done to be worthy of such good rooms, but my experience is not that of a lot of other people apparently.. I don’t need a pool or a fitness center. I just need a place to sleep in a safe and quiet environment and I have always found that when I stay here. In fact, it is the only motel I stay at when I come to Lincoln because it is reliable and over the last year they have made some real progress and improving the motel.

Gross my shoe stuck to the floor, sheets had black stains, lobby bathroom was inoperable so filthy, paper thin towels, missing refrigerator, layers of dirt on the fan blades, window curtain wouldn’t close no hooks, lamp shads cracked, stains on the couch, need I say more????

This was our last stop on a 3 day road trip home. We checked in very late and only stayed long enough to sleep and hit the road bright and early, so we didn’t take advantage of any amenities, but this was definitely our most comfortable hotel stay. I wish I caught the night clerk’s name, he was very helpful and fast with our late check-in. Would recommend this stop to other travelers.
