Very nice Fairfield. Located off I 80 about 2 miles south but well worth the minimal travel. Great customer service. Clean comfortable rooms. Well maintained facility. A very nice surprise is that addition to coffee 24/7 they have milk and other breakfast itmes also availabe for guests.

This hotel is located within a commercial area of Lincoln. At check-in, the front desk clerk was friendly and knowledgeable, however I did have to wait for them to return from another task. This is an older Fairfield Inn, however it is still in good shape, and as such, a good value for the price paid. They had a fully stocked breakfast, including waffles and eggs.

Mid-May 2025, 2 nights. Staff at this Fairfield Inn (on Industrial Ave) are very friendly, helpful, professional. It's a nice hotel with good central location - quiet, clean, safe, good value, with free parking in their well-lit parking area. But this property was built in the mid-1990s and is starting to show its age here and there - not much but enough to mention. (Apparently, there have been ongoing rennovations since 2023.) That said, I would definitely return.

Nice place to stay.
Very nice hotel. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Located close to other businesses a traveler may need, i.e.Walmart and several restaurants.
Would recommend to others. Also pet friendly. Although I thought the cost of $75 per night for a pet was high.

The property was a slightly below average Fairfield Inn. I wasn’t too thrilled about the body hairs that were on the bathroom floor. Other than that, it was fine.
