New Victorian Inn & Suites Lincoln

The front desk was nice enough. We were confused and thought it was a Jacuzzi suite. It was a jetted tub and it was disgusting.  There was hair and ***** hairs in the tub. It was disgusting and even the jets were gross. Nothing was clean! We didn’t even want to take a shower. So disappointing. I really wanted to take a Jacuzzi.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff was helpful. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Good place to stay for a quick one night stay.

check in was very slow...attendant was nice....elevator needed cleaned..smelled of smoke and floor needed vacumed....hallway by room smelled of cigerette smoke even tho all rooms were marked NO SMOKING...no pillows or blankets for couch bed...phone did NOT work to call down to desk so had to go down and get them. Pool was warm but not very clean., Went to breakfast fairly early....No bisquits, gravy dried up, no pancake batter....went to desk to see if they were going to refill breakfast items....attendant did not appear to understand ENGLISH.....finally found a lady to ask and she said she would find someone to refill items....waited 10 minutes and no one came.....several people came in and left and that is what we did too.. Don't advertise that you provide breakfast if you can't keep it full or have attendants to check on it. Overall, I guess we weren't real happy with your hotel service and probably wouldn't stay again.

Very nice stay for the price! Can’t beat it. Breakfast was good, and the room we stayed in was very clean.

Walking up to the hotel, one of the windows outside had some board on it and a portion of the screen was cut out of this window. A man was standing outside and had on a blue shirt leaning up against the wall. I had my two young daughters with me and we all felt uncomfortable as the man said hello and started following us inside the hotel. There were no other people around so we just hurried inside. The man walked around us and disappeared and then reappeared behind the desk a few minutes later. A sigh of relief to know he worked there. As he was checking us into the hotel he didn’t ask for id, didn’t ask for the card on file just took my name and found us a card with a room number. He said my name out loud as well as my room number and then I heard him say something else and that’s when I noticed he had a air pod in his ear so I assumed he was on the phone with someone. We get up to the room and the floor is covered in white specks all over, black hair dye on the cupboards and carpet, hair on the toilet, beds not fully made on the corners, hand prints all over the windows, mirrors cleaned mediocre, and the tv stand was splitting wood in places and water warped. My kids said they looked at the pool as we walked by and they said it looked dirty and they went from excited to nervous because it looked foggy. This place could use some major updates and paint jobs but honestly the whole vibe was off from before we even walked in.

It was ok. The hotel and room was showing its age, though for the most part it was acceptable. The bed was very comfortable which counts for a lot. Our bathroom floor though had damage and could have been cleaner. The a/c unit ran well and was quiet. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. The person on duty at the desk was ok, not overly friendly and hard to understand with his accent.
