Me and my partner stayed here on 15th October for 1 night and for the price( £150) I was shocked at how grubby the hotel was. There was also an unpleasant smell through the hotel hallways, it is in need of an overhaul and decorating. very dated rooms and the bathroom was disgusting. The location was spot on for us. I really expected more from this hotel but you live and learn. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my friends. Shame really as its in a beautiful location.

The room was very clean and comfortable, especially loved its beds Staff (front receptionist and passing cleaner) often smile and offer assistance The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Lincoln Train and Lincoln Cathedral. Was a really clean, welcoming hotel experience. The room was great, plenty of space & felt very relaxed throughout my stay. Bed was nice and comfortable. Room did feel a little warm at times, even with the temp turned down. Staff at the front desk were really lovely. Happily stay at this hotel again.
