Room is clean with all amenities including ear buds and facial wipes. Towels are fluffy soft. Bedding are nice with fluffy pillow. You will get any room request at once and staff are nice and kind.

Had a staycation for Third eye blind concert. Oscar at check in was awesome. The room was better than expected with shower and beautiful tub,which I took advantage of. Phone charging pads next to each side of the bed. Tablet to control lights, etc. Have used pool/massage amentities, which are so amazing! Had dinner at High steaks, which is one of our favorites to frequent. Even though we live 10 mins away, we will be staying here more frequently.

I had a deluxe room accommodation on the 15th floor away from the noise. The rooms are spacious and clean. I had a great time. I used the fitness center, enjoyed hanging out by the pool, played the slots. I came solo.

What a waste! Two hours trying to get to the venue for Trevor Noah show. Gave up and went home. What a deplorable lack of any efforts by law enforcement or event management to provide any type of traffic/parking management.

We go here frequently from the bay area. We like the distance from the Bay area. We used to go to Harras in reno or Tahoe, but rarely go to Reno or Tahoe anymore.

Every thing was great. Very clean environment. The beds had nice clean sheets and comfy, soft pillows. Bathroom area had a lot of space and very clean. Loved it.
