Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino & Hotel

Nice stay for overnight I go here many times to stay the night when there is a good band in the Lighthouse Bar. The rooms are always clean, modern and comfortable. They have a decent gym which I have used many times. Only complaints would be there is only 1 ice machine on the first floor and the room refrigerator is small but not a huge deal since I go for 1-2nights.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. We had 2 teens with us as this was the closest hotel to where we needed to be. We did not realize you had to be 21 to even get to the restaurants. Zero signage for the actual hotel area. As we asked in a woman looked at us and asked if they had ID? No, they do not- they are 15. She then told us we had to walk all the way around the outside of the entire building to get to the hotel. Since the teens could not walk inside the building except for the room corridors. She did not tell us we could have driven to another lot to park closer. We realized that after we make the trek. Finally got there and no one was there for check in so we joined the 8 others in the lobby waiting for the front desk girl to arrive. When we got to the desk I asked about dining for our group- including the teens. She said “we are not kid friendly”. As I started to ask another question she cut me off handed me our key and started helping the next person waiting. We had to go get food and bring it back to our room since there were no places to eat the teens could get to. Would not recommend. The smoke smell was overwhelming everywhere. The only person who was helpful and nice was Lorraine at check out. She was very kind and friendly. I will say at least the rooms were clean. We did hear music in our room all night.
