Excellent customer service.
The gentleman in the evening shift who looked after me was very wonderful. My hotel room was just perfect. Very comfortable mattress. Very cozy. The view of the Lincoln Cathedral was fantastic. The bar staff were very friendly. All the staff members were very professional and polite. The breakfast staff looked after me very well.
There was an intermittent problem with the shower controls that I forgot to mention at the hotel.
Room no. 350.

The location of the property is unbeatable. You step out of the front door into the centre of the historic castle square,flanked by the magnificent cathedral. Restaurants, cafes and pubs within a few feet. Fabulous place to people watch from the bench outside your front door. House is immaculate, totally stunning period property and high quality interior. There were a few tiny niggly issues like lack of crockery ( only 4 of everything , plates etc) so we ended up washing up in-between courses when we were eating in) and only one set of keys are issued which caused problems as we were two couples , but overall an amazing place to stay and would highly recommend No 7 . We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect overnight stay at a wonderful location. The room was fabulous and the food delicious. Even though we are local we were bought this as a present and it was a wonderful get away. Would certainly recommend.

Room overlooking the cathedral in a beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean hotel with superb staff who made me feel very welcome. All at a great price, I cannot recommend The White Hart enough!

100% highly recommend staying here, if you ever want to visit Lincoln. A Beautiful Quaint City with stunning views, cobble streets and not so challenging Steep Hill. Many Pubs and Tea Rooms to choose from.

A stunning hotel in the middle of all the main sites. Excellent rooms, food, breakfast and staff. I highly recommend this hotel. Upmarket and stylish really well appointed and designer throughout. Dont hesitate to stay here. It was our first visit to Lincoln and the hotel made for a great weekend away.
