This was a brilliant place to stay for five nights whilst attending an event nearby. It felt clean and tidy and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again.

The room was clean but very basic which would have been fine but we were charged £225 for one night and last minute we were asked to move hotels with no compensation given.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My room was beautifully clean. The facilities, although basic, were very helpful. There was a fan in my room and plenty of coffee and tea available. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

A colleague and I were travelling to a meeting and realised we hadn't printed off some vital paperwork. We swung by the Travelodge at Lincoln Thorpe hoping we might get some help. Estelle could not have been more helpful. She very kindly printed off what we needed and really went over and above! She was so friendly and helpful - I hope she is appreciated for her outstanding customer service 👏👏👏👏

This hotel was all you would expect of a good travel lodge. The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I phoned before I booked to find out about EV charging points. Although you don’t have any she knew exactly where the nearest are. I was advised about extra tea/ coffee and anything I could need in my room on arrival. I really appreciated the kindness of the staff.
