Stayed for 4 nights in the Pine room. So charming, comfy, clean, relaxing and welcoming. Anna and Iain really have created an amazing place to stay. Their attention to detail is commendable. Breakfast is amazing. So varied and tasty. Number 1 in Lincoln, number 1 for us.

Fabulous guest house where a fabulous couple entertain visitors wonderfully. A grand Victorian home kept to the highest standards. Excellent food and comfort. Truly a delightful experience.

Outstanding place to visit! Loads of interesting curiosities in this beautifully renovated Victorian guest house with the loveliest owners! 10/10 stay super comfortable room with pretty decor and even extras like a portable mini fan. The homemade continental breakfast and home baked goods are cherry on top.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at Creston Villa Guest House. We were made to feel incredibly welcome by the charismatic Anna and Ian. A very well organised, but relaxed place to stay. The guest house oozes character and charm, and is situated in a great location. To summarise, a wonderful experience from start to finish!!

Ian and Anna’s guesthouse was absolutely amazing! Coming from Norway to visit my uncle, it was great to start off with this lovely Victorian villa in beautiful surroundings. Especially, the homemade jams and oat cookies were great! You have to try the raspberry Prosecco jam for breakfast. The two hosts were making us feel at home, telling stories of Lincolns past and how the two of them got together. Beautiful room and super clean and tidy. Great spot and cozy garden!

Overnight stay to explore Lincoln Well placed with 25 minute walk to centre. Good communication prior to arrival and very welcoming. Spotlessly clean and excellent selection of continental breakfast choices plus nice touches with homemade jams, oatcakes and fresh fruit and Large spacious bedroom and also access to garden and sitting areas Iain and Anna very friendly
