The Village of Loon Mountain is a great resort to rest and recuperate. The master bedroom is perfect for a long night sleep due to the curtain is greatly designed and the guests can fully sleep well without being awoken up by the sun light. Every room is equipped with new air-conditioning.

A great one bedroom. Comfortable, everything one needs in a kitchen for pots, pans, plates etc. Great walking trail at the entrance of the Village. Great Wifi, television, closet space, bedding and pillows. Very comfortable and I highly recommend. Close to many activities, depending on the season visited.

Our stay at the Village was outstanding. The staff at the front desk (Mariah was awesome!) welcomed us warmly and answered all our questions. Our room was clean and well equipped with a full fridge, stove and dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable. We had a slight issue with our sink and Delano came and fixed it in a jiffy. What set this resort apart was the pool and recreation center. There are two full length pools (One was 60 feet in length), two indoor and one outdoor hot tubs, and an excellent exercise room. You may never want to leave the resort! Checkout was a breeze, although we really didn't want to leave! Overall, five stars, no question!

Ce resort est extrêmement bien situé avec beaucoup d’activités dans la région, peu importe la saison. Cependant, l’état des lieux laisse à désirer. Bien que quelques rénovations mineures ont été effectuées principalement dans les salles de bain, l’ensemble de la décoration et de l’ameublement sont à refaire. Nous avions un loft de deux chambres sur deux étages. Espace plus que suffisant pour accommoder facilement six adultes. Un chambre avec lit king, un chambre avec deux lits simples et une aire ouverte (loft) avec deux lits simples. Propreté douteuse de l’unité, particulièrement les tapis qui sont définitivement à remplacer. Bien que le centre aquatique (géré indépendamment du resort) offre plusieurs installations (piscines intérieures et extérieures, spas, sauna), l’état des lieux laisse à désirer: vestiaires vétustes avec tapis, murs écaillés, etc. Si vous êtes prêts à accepter les manquements mentionnés, ce resort est un choix acceptable pour son emplacement et la grandeur des unités.

Customer service was horrible. I called on a Saturday *my timeshare check in day) was over talked and told, "Its Friday so check in init available until 5PM!!!" Units very outdated, no elevator, very small units. I ALWAYS book Inn Seasons Resort when I visit Lincoln New Hampshire - I will be sure to never come back to this place. No shuttle for skiing during the week - INN SEASONS does shuttle on demand! Inn Seasons has AMAZING spacious units and AMAZING events, live musics, crafts, movie room, and much much nicer pool and hot tub.
