InnSeason Resorts Pollard Brook

Honestly, this is just a very average facility. It's dated and so so clean. The bathroom has been refreshed and remodeled but the sink and tub are exceptionally taller than average. Low quality towels, bedding, and toilet paper. The furniture is dated, dirty, and the couch was stained. The walls are dirty as well. We were on a ground floor and it smelled very badly. The family above us opened and shut their sliding glass door like it was a game to see who could do it the most times in a 10 min interval. I read so many reviews that were top notch about staying here. Maybe I had too high of expectations.

This will be my 5th or 6th Stay at Inn Seasons resort Pollard Brook I have stayed at other Inn seasons resorts they have all been good but the Pollard Brook is by far our favorite. The Staff the accommodations as well Checking in an out personell are very professional and friendly. On my way for another stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. The resort is in a beautiful but quiet mountain area surrounded by trees and beautiful scenery. The accommodations we had were amazing. I want to especially mention two people who were “life-saving” for me: Kristie, at the front desk and Randall in security. I have some disabilities and at first we were put in a room with a tub which was higher than a normal tub. When I called the front desk and told them I would be unable to use the tub, they worked very hard to get us a room that had a walk in shower and was in an elevator ready building. The appliances were up-to-date, the apartment was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked great, and when we needed anything, the front desk quick to accommodate us. While we didn’t take advantage of the pool because of the time of the year we were here it looked nice. And we didn’t have time to use the indoor pool, but it looked like it would’ve been a neat place to hang out. They had lots of activities that we could’ve attended and we picked out a couple. There’s no way you could be bored staying here. I was impressed that they had a “Monday morning information meeting” in which the concierge went over all the attractions in the area that we could take advantage of, and tell us of the many activities they had here on site. If you stay here, I would highly recommend that you attend that meeting. You will learn a lot. Overall, I would definitely come back to this resort again. It has our full endorsement. If I had to Give a negative it would be that there were no washer and dryers in the actual apartments. You had to pay for the laundry mat. Overall, if we come back to this area, I would definitely wanna come back to this resort.

This is our go to resort in all seasons. It’s a self sufficient apt. Style with full kit , fireplace & good sized rooms/ apt. Clean, with plenty of towels - most rooms have great Mountain views Hot tubs & pools are both indoor as well as outdoor. The fitness center is great too. Staff is friendly, helpful & efficient Will always support & go back in a secton

Family fun resort We had a great stay. Very clean, great staff. Great place for the family with planned activities from the resort. The pools were big and fun. Has play area, basketball court, tennis and pickleball courts as well as an arcade. The daily activities were fun along with daily movie you could choose to attend. Very spacious rooms with balcony. Fire places and kitchens. We really had the best time such a relaxing resort with everything you need and restaurants just down the road. Highly recommend
