Quality Inn & Suites – also referred to by some of the locals as the Econo-Lodge is on Rte 3 is a great spot! – stayed August 8-10 of 2025. We used this as our hiking base camp as it was only about a 13-minute drive away from the Lincoln Woods Visitor Center in Lincoln (which is used to reach Owls Head, the Pemi Loop and several other trails). This place was great! Check in was a breeze – woman working the front desk was very pleasant and efficient. We were in a one floor building on the edge of the property with the parking lot in the middle and a two-story building on the other side. Our room had two queen beds and looked like it was just renovated. It was ultra clean, had tv, microwave, iron and ironing board, great A/C, large wall mirror and pictures of local surroundings. Beds very comfortable. Toilet and shower (no tub) were in its own room, sink and mirror were outside of it in the main room. At the end of the parking lot at the rear of the property was a large grass area with chairs and a small river and bridge leading to a wooded trail. We liked this place also because it takes dogs for a small additional fee. As it was close to Lincoln and Woodstock, we ate at Gordis Seafood and Steak House one night and the Woodstock Inn and Brewery in North Wood Stock the next night – highly recommend both spots. The price was right (fully half the price that the Hampton Inn in Lincoln wanted). Great value for the money. We will be back.

For a budget hotel, the Quality Inn & Suites in Lincoln, NH is the jackpot. Bed: Comfortable; above average pillows; perfect amount of blankets on the bed. The room was very clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked well. Shower: updated and clean. Large toiletries provided, but the quality is poor. This is only important for people like myself who put money into maintaining my hair. Breakfast: Waffles are always a win! Fridge is stocked with breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, pastries. Walmart brand (not judging, just stating for those who choose to eat an organic/nongmo diet.) Pool/Hot Tub/ Sauna: A+! Very impressed. Pet-friendly: Separate building for pets. They take their pet policies very seriously and this is incredible. The facility was so clean! Tip- Room Service: during the week, you must request a cleaning. This is probably due to low employee rates? Cost cutting? Staff maybe scared to go to work in this current economy? Regardless, this is the policy so prepare accordingly. (fyi- 2 trash bins in room are small and fill fast.) Why 4 stars and not 5? The reception area could be more welcoming. We arrived late night after travel and could have used a cuppa tea and a snack. The breakfast nook is in the lobby, so I don't see why coffee/tea and access to the pastries wasn't offered. In fact, said area was guarded by the staff in such a way that made me uncomfortable because I felt criminal for even asking if I could grab a couple of paper plates (luckily I brought my own food.) The response was, "Ok sure, but like don't take a ton." Hospitality is an art and this is the only area where this facility is lacking. I would 100% stay here again.

I made a last-minute reservation on July 3 because this was the cheapest pet-friendly place I could find same-day on the holiday weekend. The room was clean and the floors were not carpeted, a huge green flag in a pet-friendly room. The man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. A clean affordable room with close proximity to hiking trails where I can bring the dogs? I will definitely be back!
