The views are great! Great continental breakfast. Comfy king size bed in the cottage and the pillows were the fluffiest I've ever slept on. The hot tub was amazing and I only have positive things to say this is my 2nd time staying here and I will return.

Room OK. Breakfast OK. Needs maintenance and upkeep for grounds. WiFi not strong in all places. Security lighting too bright and shined through room at night. Great location for White Mountains attractions. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean.

Pros: Extremely clean shower, super comfortable bed. Cons: property looks dated, room was meh, breakfast was okay on day #1 but was much more sparse on day #2, lamps were missing bulbs, the walkways were really uneven, the hot tub didn’t have jets but just had weird air bubbling. The specific king room I booked was rated 9.5/10 and supposedly had Mountain View’s, but you were actually looking at a hill across the road. All that said, the bed was really soft and the shower was super clean, so there was that!

Stayed in Cabin #109. Very clean comfortable,and relaxing. Enjoyed having the screened in porch. Used to come here with family when it was the "Beacon Motel" years ago. Obviously beautifully updated by Wyndham. Lite breakfast included. Would return again.

This hotel was conveniently located. It's a little dated but clean and quaint. The staff was amazing from the check in, bringing extra towels and no hesitation when asked for anything. The kids had a blast in the outdoor pool.

"You get what you pay for" is true in this case. Cheap room prices for a dirty room with a door that did not lock. Stains and grime on every surface. Mildew in the shower. Hair on "clean" towels. Drive a little further and spend the extra $50 for something clean.

Good situation for hiking in Franconia ridge but this hotel as clearly seen better days. Room ceiling was showing signs of water damage.

This hotel has everything nice rooms clean rooms quiet rooms very safe area arcade indoor pool outdoor pool jacuzzi free breakfast what else could you possibly ask for walking distance to many attractions the staff is beyond friendly always willing to help to hold the extra mile the owner also works there he's very friendly helpful resourceful knowledgeable and he and she both care about your experience
