Disappointing. Amazing looking but staff attitude.
Reception staff very good. Bar lady lovely and very busy with other tasks.
Waiting on and dining was poor.
Wrong food, some not cooked (cold in the middle chicken) tasted ‘off’
2 chaps waiting on didn’t appear to want to serve us. Nice young lady came along and agreed the chicken wasn’t cooked.
We were asked about the food - I said awful

Great imposing historical hotel
Great hotel in historical building and dominating location. Really nice reception staff and bar and restaurant staff were even better. As residents we were able to access some of the restricted spaces

Well located for Santander Ferry
A very friendly welcome greeted us when we arrived at this hotel. As with all paradors cleanliness, service and comfort was excellent. Great for an overnight before catching the ferry in Santander.

The little Spanish gem
The weather was amazing and the location was excellent, The room was out of this world we were lucky enough to get an end room and it was massive. the staff could not do enough for you and they would leave little treats for you. We will most definitely be staying there again.

Die Lage des Parador ist gut, gelegen in einem Park und recht nahe zum Meer hin, wobei man allerdings die Strasse etwas hört. Manche Zimmer liegen unerfreulicherweise zum Parkplatz hin, was vor allem beim Ein- und Ausschenken stört. Innen ist der Parador sehr schön und geräumig, die Zimmer sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vor allem auch im Cafe.
