The view and the location of the hotel is perfect. Breakfast was decent even if fruits and bread wasn’t daily fresh. The roms are fresh but a bit old and haven’t been renovated for decades.Customer service was awful. When we arrived to Belvedere, the air condition didn’t work and apparently that’s something that happens every year. We had 30-32 degrees at night in our room and when we mentioned it to the hotel staff we received the answer ”that’s the way it is” and if we couldn’t handle the heat then we could sleep in the sun chairs at the pool area instead. The staff didn’t even bother to come to our room to feel the heat and try to find a solution for us. So… if you are looking for nice located hotel in Limone and if you don’t care about good customer service or air condition, then Belvedere could be an option for you.

Ottima villa con piscina ,personale gentile ,disponibile,camera bella,con tutti i confort ,vista sul lago spettacolare,posizione tranquilla ,15 minuti dal centro di Limone ,parcheggio privato ....che dire valutazione più che ottimale ,consigliatissimo ,torneremo sicuramente

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Am Tah der Anreise wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles wunderbar erklärt. Ausflugsziele usw. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr sehr nett und so hat man sich gleich wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und für die Zeit die wir dort waren auch vollkommen ausreichend. Man verbringt ja nicht den ganzen Tag dort. Frühstück war reichlich und auch sehr lecker. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war atemberaubend. Einfach nur wunderschön.
Ein kleines Manko gibt es dennoch. Die Dame die Sonntag früh das Frühstück mit beaufsichtigt hat, könnte vielleicht ein bisschen mehr lächeln und Ihre Freundlichkeit etwas verbessern.
Alles in allem war es aber sehr schön und wir werden mit sehr hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit auch wiederkommen. Zudem würde ich jedem der mich fragt, dieses Hotel empfehlen.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Belvedere. Simone and family made it feel like home. The view is outstanding and the service they provided was even better. We loved dining at the restaurant on site, the food was phenomenal!

Struttura curatissima e pulizia ai massimi livelli, gentilezza e simpatia da parte dei gestori, con vista mozzafiato sul lago....torneremo sicuramente!!! La camera favolosa e curata nei minimi particolari....consigliatissimo!!!!

Sono molto, molto esigente per quanto riguarda la pulizia, ebbene non ho avuto nulla da ridire! Posizione ottima, fuori dalle strette vie del centro che si raggiunge in 15 minuti a piedi. Colazione varia e di qualità a bordo piscina. Servizio bar con orario molto ampio. Piscina curata e pulita. Parcheggio comodissimo. Personale accogliente, disponibile e molto cordiale. Se tornassi a Limone risceglierei questa location.
