HOTEL A EVITER CAR MALHONNETE
Innaceptable ! j'ai payé par avance 3 nuits et j'ai appelé pour dire que je ne serai pas présent la première nuit. Quand je suis arrivé pour prendre ma chambre la deuxième nuit l'hôtel m'a indiqué ne plus avoir de disponibilité et j'ai du trouver en urgence une nouvelle chambre dans un autre hôtel et repayer ! C'est une situation honteuse et cet établissement du groupe Accor peut avoir honte car je n'ai jamais vu cela en 20 ans de déplacements professionnels !
