Very disappointed. Self catering this is not. There was no kitchenware to prepare any food. No bowls etc. none given after asking either. rooms mopped with dirty water. No attachment for shower. Room in very poor state of repair. Our banister in the room was very loose and dangerous. Cleaner let herself in room without knocking first. It unfortunately spoilt our holiday

The hotel is very clean and nice as well as the staff who are very friendly however the breakfast selection was very minimal and was not the best.The hotel itself is very good however could do with abit more maintenance nonetheless the hotel is very clean and the rooms were very tidy with housekeeping coming everyday.Not to mention it’s right in the centre of the town where there are many restaurants and shops as well as excursions stalls making the trip so easy with everything so close

Zuerst die guten Sachen: Eine tolle Lage in der Nähe vom Strand/Restaurants/Einkaufsmeile. Das Frühstück war empfehlenswert. Entweder als Buffett oder per Einzelbestellung. Jetzt zu den schlechten Sachen: Angesichts des Zustandes des Zimmers beim Check-in 200 Euro in bar zu verlangen, geht gar nicht!!! Wir hatten wirklich Zweifel, ob wir das Geld zurück erhalten. Seit der Eröffnung hatte das Zimmer keine Renovierung erlebt. Entweder waren die Sachen - einschl. Kücheneinrichtung - total abgewohnt oder kaputt. Es gab zu wenig Geschirr. Die Anzahl sollte doch mind. der gebuchten Personenanzahl entsprechen. Das Bad war total klein und die Dusche hatte nur einen Vorhang als Abgrenzung. Nach dem Duschen war das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Empfohlen werden kann das Hotel nur Partygästen, die die Nähe zum Unterhaltungsviertel schätzen können.

Wonderful stay at Kassavetis Center! We had a great experience during our stay at Kassavetis Center. The location is perfect — close to everything you need, from the beach to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. A special thanks to the reception team, who were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hersonissos!

We relocated to this hotel because of M issue with the original one. We didn't have full money at the time because we were waiting on a refund. The manager was very understanding of our situation and we came to a mutual arrangement which lifted a lot of stress from us. It's very central to everything the bar and pools are very good. The batman Eddie is great. Everyone should try banana daiquiri

Was warmly welcomed at reception. Had a 7 night stay & was unfortunately very disappointed with our room. It was very tired & dated. With this being Self Catering there was a major lack of cooking utensils (1 saucepan) so had to request more. No cereal bowls. The hob/oven was very old . There was a plug socket hanging off the wall. The shower was not fixed, (so had to improvise) also flooded the bathroom, lack of warm water. Our room was situated above the Taxi rank, where, early in the morning, you could hear the drivers, shouting, not talking. BEWARE we also witnessed drivers urinating, in FULL VIEW, up the wall. No fresh towels or room cleaned for 3 days. Tissue in the lock of the door? Also looked like an attempt to break in. Very disappointing 😞

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité des bars, des restaurants et de la plage. La chambre avec vue sur mer était très agréable, même si elle donne également sur la rue. Cela dit, le bruit de la circulation reste très faible : j’ai dormi côté fenêtre et, une fois la porte du balcon bien fermée, le bruit était à peine perceptible. Le personnel est particulièrement gentil et serviable. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. L’établissement dispose de plusieurs piscines où l’on peut acheter des snacks et des boissons à des prix très raisonnables. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ou je viens régulièrement pour mes vacances en Grèce !

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located, with the beach and everything you might need just a short walk away. The sea view from our room was absolutely stunning. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place
