City Green Hotel

Hotel looks lovely upon entry and was immaculate everywhere, went to our room it stunk of damp and had wires sticking out of an uncovered socket right next to the toilet my Mrs complained and was told we could change room tomorrow and they would address the wires then the following day no rooms available same everyday our room you couldn't swing a cat in couldn't open wardrobes because beds are to close bathroom was just a joke my Mrs is 9 stone and she couldn't even fit on the toilet so I never even tryed the shower a dwarf would struggle now the food if that's what they call it was stone cold every meal we dared to have a look at the drinks even the premium drinks are watered down crap this hotel is an absolute joke, customer service shocking

I always try and give a honest review so people can take this as it is firstly its not a 4 star hotel probably a 3 but it's a ok hotel we did not pay a lot of money so for what I paid it was ok but a few minor gripes only two toilets in hotel both on low floors none round 2nd pool on my 1 small lift to dinning room which was always busy at meal times so ended up walking up or down them on a plus side hotel and room were kept clean we had a few minor problems which were resolved very quickly and the staff are very friendly and helpful would I stay here again probably not but do not be put off with some bad reviews for a low budget hotel it's ok just be prepared to eat and drink out sometimes

Very friendly hotel, easy location to shop and short distance to the beach. The restaurant staff Victor and Altin are very friendly and helpful. I was given a room without a balcony, requested to be changed and the hotel kindly allocated to another room with balcony the next day. Will come back to this hotel again.

We had a late arrival in Greece and we were welcomed by a lovely reception during the night. He kindly informed us that the restaurant was closed but there was a nice cold plate waiting for us which was just right after a long trip. After some sleep we were ready to begin our vacation. What stood out from the very first hours we stayed in the hotel was the staff. Lovely and welcoming people, working hard and long hours. Always smiling and open for any chit-chat you want and ready to take care of any need you may have. Huge thanks to the service and the bar staff doing everything in their powers to keep everyone satisfied. Rooms are rather small can't argue with people saying that here, cozy regardless,tidy and spotless,so honestly some reviews over here are a huge exaggeration of people being ungrateful in a SMALL BUDGET hotel. Restaurant was on the 4th floor with the gorgeous viewing of Chersonissos(especially in the evening watching the sunset). Food was alright plenty of choices to go by freshly made daily with local ingredients and options from the kitchen if you had any problem during your stay. Location wise the hotel is in the very heart of the center with everything you might need during your stay within walking distance which was pretty convenient since we wanted to stroll around the area. We faced a few issues during our stay but reception was more than welcome to fix it in no time. Honestly I can't thank this hotel enough for this lovely experience keep up the good work and keep making people feel at home. Much love and you will be seeing us again in no time. YAMAAAAS!!!!!

Honestly I was reading the reviews of this place and it got me thinking about our trip but we decided to just go for it . When we arrived (late)after the check in they had a cold plate for us which was nice after a long day of travelling. So the rooms are comfortable and modern with a safe for free . The food was always freshly made and it had a lot of options to choose from also the restaurant is on the 4th floor and the views in the morning are incredible. The other areas of the hotel are clean and tidy all the time . The all inclusive at the bar starts at 10 and closes at 11 and then you have to pay for the drinks which is fair enough after all day drinking. So to summarise the hotel is nice good for the price we paid the staff was always attentive and up for a chat . We will be back next year so see you then !!! Stay safe and all the best .

We have just returned from a fabulous 10 day stay at this hotel....PLEASE ignore the bad reviews. I was a little nervous as the latest reviews were not great before we travelled but we had a great time. The hotel is small and a Greek 4* so more like an average 3*. Our room was small but spotlessly clean. Yes the shower was tiny and the floor flooded but the maid just gave us extras towels so really no issue. Very little entertainment, a saxophonist, greek dancing and a BBQ. Big shout out to the bar staff George and Manos who made everybody feel very welcome. Drinks were average but the Gin was nice and the local wine. Cocktails weren't the best but we had a couple of nights out as the food became a bit repetitive. Was always fresh with enough choice but typical All Inclusive after a week. Perfect location, 3 min walk to nearest shops, 5 min walk to beach (sea was crysyal clear and warmer than the pool) The ***** is a 10 minute walk with some lively Irish / Karaoke bars etc. Would recommend the White Lion Bar if you fancy a nice Steak / Breakfast or Gyros. Overall we had a fantastic Holiday and met some wonderful new friends....will miss the Hotel kittens too :)

Terrible cold food more like a soup kitchen than a restaurant. Drinks just full of bubbles & all tasting the same Dirty rooms mould in shower, no cleaning products used. I could say a lot more but can’t even be bothered wasting my time writing about this place

This hotel is all we asked for . All the staff was very attentive and polite. The food was good and fresh all the time and the drinks at the bar ware amazing and with plenty of opinions to choose from .the rooms ware clean and comfortable . Over all a very good experience wit this hotel the best part was it that is in the middle of the city i recommend this hotel to everyone . I hope you all have a nice end to the season. hopefully we will be back ☺️.

This All Inclusive paradise invites you to indulge in its all-you-can-eat buffet, drink cocktails around-the-clock or take advantage of it. The rooms are nice and clean every day . The pool area is clean and they are plenty of sunbeds to sunbathe .. The staff was helpful all the time with tips and secrets about the area that it's easy to visit. The lady at the reception was very helpful alla the time and fun to talk to . The bar staff was also very nice and always had something to say and always with a smile on their face 😀. The restaurant had a lot of options to choose from,from hot foods to salads and desserts. Overall a nice place do make memories and have fun everything that you will need is just down the road so don't worry about a thing .
