Сам отель неплохой. Есть корпуса новые, красивые, «инстаграмные». А есть очень старые и совсем на другой стороне, далеко от основного корпуса. Неплохое расположение: до моря 1–2 минуты, набережная рядом. Из минусов — питание вроде бы и неплохое, но за 7 дней креветки были только один раз, и кто успел, тот съел, а кто нет — те их вообще не видели, потому что их было слишком мало. В остальном всё время курица и свинина. Разнообразия мало, меню скромное, за 6 дней еда очень надоедает, да и на вкус она нормальная. Номера. У нас был улучшенный — не представляю, какой тогда стандарт. Наш номер маленький, но ладно, а вот душ — для микроскопических людей, очень тесный. Средств гигиены нет, только мыло, и то разливное. Ну и самое ужасное — это шумоизоляция. Её просто нет. Такое ощущение, будто спишь на улице: слышно абсолютно всё — как люди разговаривают, улицу, дорогу, прохожих. Это было самым жутким. Бассейнов много, места хватает всем. На пляже тоже. У нас не было дискомфорта, чтобы где-то лечь, хотя некоторые занимали лежаки, но всё равно места достаточно. А ещё система «всё включено» там какая-то странная. Когда приезжаешь рано, ты не можешь ей пользоваться — всё платное, только с 11:30 включается. Так же и при выселении: срезают браслеты, и уже после 11:00 ты можешь только пообедать. В их заведениях, барах эта система действует до 21:00, но алкоголь отвратительный, так что это не было проблемой. Снэк-бара мы так ни разу и не увидели.

Nice hotel!! 7 pools enough bars for drink... Beaches over a few meters, nice Beachclub the streetfood bar was highly rated with a la carte prepared food. Hotel is for different ages. Very nice and very kindly employee!! Just 2 things; very very small bathroom & the most important thing that need improvement; All incl Lunch & Dinner; Pls you need much more variation of food.. There were days the food was all the same each day again.. the same type of fish recipe..the same type of chicken recipe..too much pork on the grill...the variety of meat on the grill was not good. Only pork was served. Not even grilled chicken. The variety of recipes have to be improved in order to lift my total rate. However my end rate for my vacation in your hotel is a 8.5. We enjoyed every moment! I would deff recomend this hotel to anyone!!!

Erst mal, man bucht ein Hotel kriegt er die andere! Sauberkeit im Hotelzimmer ist schrecklich, die liegen kosten. 25,01 € pro Stück plus Schirm das macht 60 €. In bar wird all Inklusiv Leute diskriminiert kriegt man nicht rechtzeitig und wartet lange auf Getränk. Lobby ist schlechteste Lobby, dass ich in mein Leben gesehen habe. Wir haben ein Zimmer gehabt ohne Fenster, also Leute Finger weg von die schrecklichste Hotel. Die Bewertungen sind manipuliert das stimmt überhaupt nicht..

Un séjour en Crète qui restera gravé dans ma mémoire. Malgré les aléas de la haute saison, l’équipe a fait preuve d’une réactivité et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. L’accueil, empreint d’une élégance rare, m’a rappelé que l’élégance à la française peut traverser les frontières. Merci au directeur, à Natallia la Guest Relations Manager, et à toute l’équipe pour leur sens du service, leurs attentions sincères et leur générosité. Le site est magnifique, idéalement situé, et l’hôtel dispose de sept piscines ainsi que d’une restauration variée. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter.
