Schönes Hotel, Badezimmer neu und modern, Zimmer eher schlicht. Unseres hatte keunen Balkon und durch die Bauweise (extrem tiefe Fensterbank) kamen wir nicht ans Fenster und an die Vorhänge. Auf den Zierkissen waren lange Haare von vorherigen Gästen.
Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Bar ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Herr am Empfang war etwas mürrisch.
Poolbereich sehr modern und schön gestaltet. Liegen wurden aber immer schon früh morgens von anderen Gästen reserviert, es war also kaum möglich noch welche zu bekommen, wenn man sich nicht selber welche früh freihält. Die Handtücher wurden vom Personal nicht abgeräumt.
Gäste waren überwiegend junge Engländer, die das Hotel als Partyhotel nutzen und den ganzen Tag am Pool liegen.
Die Essensauswahl war gut, Buffet wurde auch sehr sauber gehalten und das Personal ist schnell mit dem Aufräumen und Reinigen der Tische.
Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen, Preis-Leistung in Ordnung. Wer es aber ruhiger und entspannter mag, ist woanders besser aufgehoben.

The service is very good, Dimitrios is particularly professional and is recommended; he provides information and helps with all questions. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, rooms are fine and very clean, the hotel is very close to the center and the beach is about a five-minute walk away. These prices are right for this hotel. We are satisfied. Visit this hotel and stay satisfied! Have fun!!

Our first experience of the lovely island of Crete was made more memorable by the staff at this hotel. Every single person made us feel welcome with their warm and friendly approach and we will definitely be booking another visit. Thank you.

Hersonissos hotel,loved this hotel and the manager Foteini, she was absolutely amazing and so welcoming,made a great friend in her. Went with my husband the rooms were clean and cleaned daily, I suffer with back pain and they put a memory foam topper on my bed, so I had more comfort,fresh towels daily. Very lovely cleaners and staff, pool are was clean, Mikey and Anna behind the bar was great and always happy and friendly. Hotel is seconds away from the beautiful beach and ***** with lots of shops, bars, restrauts. Loved my stay here and meeting the great people of crete. I will defo return, thank you hersonissos for our 11 day stay. Xx

NOT A 4* HOTEL. On arriving at the hotel we were encouraged to upgrade our room from the basic to their premium room. I asked to see the rooms prior to deciding and I’m so glad we did, the basic room was completely unacceptable and a 2* at best. Again I’m not a fussy traveller but the basic room was not as advertised. Food well below their 4* rating, only here for a week but every meal, breakfast, lunch & evening were the same. I’m not a fussy eater but a holiday in Greece should consist of some Greek dishes. Pool area was clean and Mikey at the pool bar was a star but insufficient sun beds. Pleasant staff all round, very helpful and saved the holiday, big thank you to them. I would definitely consider looking at alternative hotels in the area.

Everything was perfect. Food tastes good, very tasty dishes. Staff are very friendly and professional . Rooms are very good . You can reach the shopping area in 5 minutes. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is good! Swimming, pool is very good!! It couldn't be better. Highly recommended!!!!

The location is great and literally stones throw from the beachfront and main restuarants and bars. The bedding is crisp white and clean, with really comfortable pillows. The pool and outside bar area is great, Mikey on the bar was brilliant, good laugh, great barmen. Dmitrius on reception is amazing, can't do enough for you and really improved our stay here. Any problems he is the man to sort it 👌🏻 Fanny the cleaner is the nicest, kindest soul and very trustworthy, did a fantastic job of keep our room clean and tidy during our stay, she really went above and beyond. Overall a good place to stay

The location of this hotel is excellent if you want a beach holiday, and a quick walk to restaurants, bars, clubs and nightlife. The local restaurants are fabulous, and the service excellent. The hotel is slightly dated, and does need a refresh, particularly around the pool area, with not enough sunbeds, some broken, and beanbags that have seen better days, and look more like body bags! The saving grace of this hotel is the staff, they are excellent, friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness is top class. we had a room in the annexe part which was comfortable (although the beds were rather hard, but that's a personal observation), and as I said, spotlessly clean, linen and towels changes daily, the cleaning staff are amazing. The food we found was fine, not a huge selection, but enough to suit all needs, and again dining staff worked hard to ensure that we had excellent service and food was served hot, again dining area was immaculately clean. Management please note how impressed we were with your team of staff, they looked after us well - Thank you

Food was basic, bland & the same almost every day. Whilst reception may be open 24/7, staff do not answer the phone. Walls in rooms very thin so we were woken up many times by noise outside & in the hallways. Drinks included in all inclusive package were very limited & there was no discount on other drinks (more expensive than bars & shops on the *****). Bit offensive that reception called the economy tax “tourist tax” & it wasn’t cheap (€70!). Beds were uncomfortable & pillows provided no support. Also, signs around the site said towels would be removed from poolside if loungers are being reserved prior to pool opening times but that’s simply not true. Lots of loungers in prime positions had towels on them from the night before. However, staff were friendly. Disappointed at the price given the quality of holiday we received.
