The cleaning was done daily, changing towels and bedsheets. The food at the restaurant is good, and offers variety of Greek and Europe and cuisine.

Hotel in posizione centrale di Hersonissos, località molto turistica, sicuramente la sera è impossibile annoiarsi. Carino, pecca di pulizia, anche il bagno non è comodo, non ha phone bagnoschiuma non si ha posto per mettere gli asciugamani tantomeno un portasapone. Il personale però è cordiale e gentile, sempre disponibile. Cibo (non buonissimo). La fortuna del nostro soggiorno è stata incontrare George, sempre sorridente simpatico e professionale, insieme a lui una signora di cui non sappiamo il nome. Grazie ragazzi siete stati fantastici!!

Der Service war top und sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, Lautstärke abends am Wochenende ist etwas laut aber für uns war das kein Thema weil wir auch laut waren.

Der Service ist super und mega lieb und freundlich. Wir hatten ein zimmer zum Meer. Am Wochenende ist es lauter da der Palm beach nebenan ist. Ist aber auszuhalten. Man hat die möglichkeit mit dem bus überall hinzufahren. Zimmer war ok und Essen ging so. Wenn man aus dem Hotel geht hat man eine Einkaufsstrasse und ganz viele Restaurants . Das Meer ist direkt am Hotel , die liegen kosten 10 euro pro Person. Abends beim Essen sind keine Getränke inklusive.

The staff was kind and helpful, we were provided with everything we needed and the room was nice and comfortable. The shower and the small bathroom caused us some troubles, but overall everything was good!!

We arrived at 1 a.m. after a long flight, but our reservation wasn’t in the system. Staff mentioned a different booking that had been canceled. We waited until 2 a.m. for a solution, completely exhausted. The room we were given was dusty, and the balcony was dirty due to pigeons. In the morning, reception confirmed everything was sorted, but the stressful check-in and poor room condition left a bad first impression. We expected a smoother experience, especially after a long journey.

Sehr freundliches Team und ein hervorragender Service. Zimmer mit Strandblick ist echt empfehlenswert. Top Aussicht auf den Strand und den umliegenden Restaurants

ottima posizione ottimo cibo disponibilità da parte della struttura e del personale. piccole migliorative da eseguire nella stanza e nel bagno vicino c’è un disco bar ma a finiste e chiuse non crea fastidio maitre veramente disponibile e cordiale consigliato!!
