Ho prenotato presso questa struttura dal 7 al 14 luglio 2025. Purtroppo mia madre è venuta a mancare proprio il giorno previsto per la partenza. Ho provveduto ad informare la struttura di quanto accaduto e chiesto se fosse possibile modificare le date del soggiorno, o avere un rimborso, anche parziale. Mi è stato risposto che la prenotazione non prevedeva cancellazione e che essendo alta stagione, erano dispiaciuti, ma non potevano farci nulla. Stavo valutando se partire dopo i funerali, per recuperare almeno le ultime 4 notti già pagate, ma l'hotel ha pensato bene di cancellare la mia prenotazione, rimborsandomi su oltre 700€ già incassati, 31,66€, probabilmente di tassa di soggiorno, mia e di mia figlia. A quel punto, non solo per me è diventato impossibile salvare il salvabile, ma la struttura ha potuto eventualmente riaffittare l'alloggio, guadagnandoci due volte. Non lascio mai recensioni negative, ma trovo inaccettabile che davanti a una motivazione così grave e imprevedibile, non si tenga conto della situazione, anzi ci si speculi sopra, considerando che anche le compagnie aeree low cost, prevedono un rimborso in questi casi, senza nessuna assicurazione.

Best place ever! Owners Maria and Janis were superbly welcomming!Hotel rooms are very spaciuos,magnificent views,outstanding location and super clean.Our flight was very late,and after check out they kindly suggested us to stay by the pool area,offered us some towels and after ordering some drinks in their little bar,we got them on a house.Such a kind gesture. Whole expierance was superb and we will definitely come back to this hotel in the nearest future.Hihgly recommend!From Asta and Attila

A lovely stay.
A really nice stay, Yiannis and Maria are wonderful hosts, both very welcoming and helpful, the cleaning girl has a lovely friendly smile. The location is excellent next to the sea and close to many restaurants. The pool area is clean and peaceful. And they also have very good taste in music!

PARFAIT Je ne peux dire que cela, magnifique endroit, appartement irréprochable, gentillesse et bienveillance de Maria et Yannick, des êtres adorables et attentionnés, à l'écoute et toujours disponibles pour nous conseiller... Avec ma fille, nous garderons d'eux un grand souvenir de coeur d'eux et de cet endroit magique... Appartement avec vue sur la mer, rien à critiquer, vraiment... Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appart-hotel : tout est parfait.
Le couple de propriétaires est accueillant, bienveillant, parle tres bien français. Il donne de bons conseils pour des balades et activités.
Le studio est propre, le ménage est fait chaque jour. Il est grand, avec le necessaire pour cuisiner.
Une terrasse avec vue directe sur la mer permet d'y manger.
Le propriétaire fait aussi de tres bons petits dejeuners qui sont servis au bord de la piscine, mais aussi de très bon milk-shakes et smoothies.
Des places de parkings sont également reservés devant le bâtiment pour les clients.
Tout est proche : supérette, restaurants, bars, loueurs de voitures...
Il y a egalement la climatisation, ce qui est appréciable comme il fait assez chaud la nuit en Crête.
Pour finir, le quartier est animé, ce qui nous convient bien. Par contre, pour ceux qui cherchent le calme à tout prix, l'hebergement n'est peu etre pas adapté.
