Nice granny flat in the basement with separate entrance in a suburb of Limburg an der Lahn. Five minutes from the old town by car, in the middle of the green. The Westerwald is only a few kilometers away

Despite the basement location, the living-dining room is flooded with light through the many windows and invites you to watch TV or relax.
