Appartement bien situé et propre
La communication de départ n'a pas été au rendez-vous et nous à obliger à prendre une chambre d'hôtel à coté pour passer la première nuit... La suite à bien été géré et la première nuit remboursée.
Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car elle était en rénovation (début juin) et nous n'avons pas eu cette information avant la réservation. Heureusement l'emplacement de la plage est juste à coté et la température de l'eau été très bonne.
La salle de musculation est anecdotique car tous les appareils de musculation n'ont plus les goupilles pour permettre un travail dans les bonnes positions.

I can hardly believe we were staying at the same place as in the previous review! We had a massively spacious and comfortable apartment with a wonderful sea view from the balcony. Admittedly getting access in the absence of on-site staff was a challenge but there were no other problems. Looking at the map, it seemed some way from the city centre but a brisk walk served its purpose. Not much in the way of bars and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood, but the Round Up Pub was more than adequate.

Property is in a good location in front of a beach and a 20 min walk to the marina which is beautiful and has lots of great places to eat. The gardens are also close by with a great playground for kids.
The unit wasn’t cleaned throughly and showing wear and tear. Additionally for a long term stay you had to pay an additional cleaning charge if you wanted it cleaned or new linens. The pool was closed for long term maintenance and we were not informed prior to checking in which was frustrating because it was one of the reasons we booked the unit.
The air conditioning worked well which was essential for the very hot weather. Also, tours pickup points were within walking distance which was easy and convenient.
There is parking but public and busy and tight to access as locals use it for the beach and there are no reserved spots for the unit.

Appartement qui est fantastique au premier abord. mais en fait carrelage de la cuisine qui se décolle, prises électriques assez flippantes, salle de bain vieillotte. Mais le gros point noir c'est le bruit infernal de la circulation (si on donne sur la mer), on peut oublier le café sur la terrasse et boules Quies obligatoire pour dormir. Mais pour les photos = Top

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! do not book with yana. liar, disrespectful and rude. The place was absolutely filthy, ants everywhere. Air conditioner was leaking which was a slip hazard. Walls and floors were filthy. Lift gets stuck inbetween floors. Bathroom flooded. Blamed everything on us instead of being accommodating. She insisted we paid only in cash and would show up to the apartment randomly asking for large amounts. Lied to us about parking (there wasn’t any). Please save you’re money and book somewhere cheaper that will be much cleaner and much less worries.

pleasantly surprised given some of the reviews. The apartment (studio with side sea) was bright, extremely clean and very well equiped with full stove, washing machine, microwave, kettle and lots of kitchen utensils. The flat is housed within a complex of four separate blocks and is very well secured. The surrounding area is in the old town and in some parts a bit tired but there is a very pleasant seafront walk which takes you all the way to the old port and the marina. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes all within a 15 minute walk. We hired a car and parking was not an issue. The apartment was very reasonably priced given the amenities.
